You’re right that I was thinking of the other photo.

The hair on the photo on page 181 is indeed his sister’s hair. But it’s not cut off: she’s hidden underneath his t-shirt – you can make out her face in the lower left corner.

The photo you are thinking of is in the book as well, but the one on page 181, I am refering to, shows a boy with cut off hair on his shoulder – maybe it is not his but his sisters’.

“Hellen van Meene ist auf Seite 181 mit einem Motiv vertreten, bei dem einem Jungen die langen Haare geschnitten wurden”. I don’t have the book with me right now, but I think that the photo you’re writing about shows a boy who wears his (out-of-shot) sisters’ hair as some sort of wig.

And yes, there are a lot of penises in the book.
